Well. You can kill someone with aggravation but it's a very slow process.

Since you and I and 99% of the population have virtually no political power on our own, then no, it doesn't do a lot of good.

Agreeing on politics in mass movements can be good (See Tunisia & Egypt), but arguing and splitting hairs over the usual bullshit? No, that does no good to anyone really other than giving the lifeless something to live for. LOL
