About the CPC Meet & Greet:

The CPC Meet and Greet is a forum where we welcome the latest new poets who have visited the CPC during the prior month. This blog is held the first Wednesday of the month and posts Tuesday night at 9pm.

When this venue was originally established in 2007, the CPC was primarily dedicated to the “Cheryl’s Pals Collab Process” and Lady Cheryl used this blog to introduce newest Collab writers from the previous month to the Pals. It was typically an “Open MIC” and all Collabers, both old and new, were encouraged to post up their favorite poetry regardless of whether or not their poetry was written for the CPC.
As the CPC introduced more venues to its lineup the Meet & Greet morphed because we simply could not keep up with all the new poets who came our way throughout the month to them all. The Meet & Greet is now a venue for creative fun and fantasy hosted by our energetic hosts Elfwing and Bump!

About the Hosts: Elfwing and Bump

Elfwing

Elfwing (aka Brenda) is a good ol’gal from Tennessee *smiling*. She is full of life and love for our fellow poets!!! Her sweet disposition and gentle heart guide her pen with an innocent quality that brings pure joy to those who read her work. We couldn’t ask for a more welcoming Meet & Greet Hostess!!!

Bump

Bump (aka Todd/g. T. Beck) is the coolest frog around. *giggle* Actually he is a very talented writer and artist, whom we have so come to love on the CPC!!! We are thrilled that he brings his fun loving, cutting the fool, unique character to this venue. Between him and Brenda you are sure to have a blast on the party atmosphere blog!!!
