It is best not to talk about religion or politics at work. Leave them out of all interactions. I KNOW this, really I do. Religion and politics on social networks? They’re our bread and butter, right? My new workplace, as is becoming common amongst big companies, has it’s very own social network where employees can [...]

Ok …usually I don’t advocate for such matters and I certainly wouldn’t impose my views on someone else ,but…from all the currents / lifestyles/ methods I’ve intersected with, and books I’ve read about ,I think I’ve felt “a something” with the following : Gurdjieff In properly organized groups no faith is required; what is required [...]

A desktop or laptop can connect us instantly to vast knowledge sources. A computer can link us to the news, stock reports, airline bookings, shopping, medical breakthroughs, and information in almost every other sphere of knowledge.
The information connectedness that we experience with computers is a small sample of the potent connections we can make with our empowered soul. The empowered soul experiences universal connection with all beings. Becoming aware of this unifying force can help us realize our essential unity. Walls of division separate people.

Many myths surround St. Patrick. One of the best known – and most inaccurate – is that Patrick drove all the snakes from Ireland into the Irish Sea, where the serpents drowned.
But snakes have never been native to the Ireland. The serpents were a metaphor for druidic religions.
St. Patrick is responsible for the deaths of many Druid Priests, Bards, and their followers.

It sometimes emerges in discussions that some people think that Judaism and Zionism mean the same thing. In fact they are not the same and there is a significant difference between these two terms. The difference is important to observe because so often I have seen how people who object to certain Zionist policies and [...]

This story is about a global disease which manifests itself in the privacy of families and other social institutions. People are obliged or coerced to keep it secret to maintain the collective denial of the sickness within. But who cares to hear this story? And if anyone did care, the story would not exist to be told.

How can someone who is pro-life support wars which involve invading other countries, dropping cluster bombs that kill many people indiscriminately, planting mines that maim and kill innocent children, and spreading depeleted uranium and agent orange contamination, which devastates the environment and causes gross and fatal deformities in the unborn children of those exposed? …if you are genuinely pro-life, as well as protecting unborn children, you would actively take a stance against all unnecessary wars and animal killing, and also become a vegetarian or vegan.

In too many churches, there seems to be an unspoken prohibition of free inquiry, and an unspoken obligation of conformity. Yet, according to the Bible, great diversity in the Church is a necessary part of God’s plan. In 1 Corinthians 12, Paul compares the Church to a body. The parts of the body are diverse [...]

As many of you are aware, I am a strong advocate of a woman’s right to choose. The reasons for this are threefold. First: Anything else means forcing a woman to give birth, a very Orwellian scenario. 2nd: Potential isn’t the same as actual. Calling an embryo a child is like calling an egg a [...]
