I had gotten it in my head that there was gonna be problems at tonight’s gig…as far as I can tell, there weren’t any…I borrowed an amp from a guy that I technically didn’t wanna play with and used it all night long…As I said before I just wanted to hear the difference between Jeff and Neil…Neil and I are a slightly “better fit” IMO, Jeff’s style is more “contrasty” than Neil’s…that is, Neil and I blend a bit better…we sound more alike…There’s hardly anymore to it than that…(cough) I had more fun than I thought I’d have…Some of my friends sat in with the band, with varying results…the place was packed..ears ringing lots, and oh yeah, I had a fair amount of room “onstage”…almost excited about having Sunday off…I might be missing something, but for now–Life is Good…hope to be in bed by 3:30AM and sleep ’til 10…we’ll see…
