HOW YOU PLAY THE GAME AND/ OR NOT 2,NOT 3,NOT 4,NOT 5,NOT 6,NOT 7, UPDATED
2012-06-06 at 07:55 pmOHHHHhhhhh my God the Lemur is on a virtual basketball high these days ever since the Boston Celtics beat the Miami Heat in the last three games, and most notably game five in Miami…..lol….:)
Now even I have noticed that in my attitude, you know the pictures I have made, and the things I have said were….well… a bit cruel….after all these are only basketball games you know.
Buttttttttttttt….and a very, very, very large,”BUT”,at that… although these are only basketball games they are basketball games being played by one of the most storied and classy organizations in all of sports and one of the most classless teams of all times. The Boston Celtics have won 17 titles, and one with the core of their players now on the team, while the Miami Heat have only won titles in their minds….the following video should suffice in explaining this to you my friends as it was made before the current team members of the Miami Heat had even played one game together on the court.
Hey the Lemur is a New England born and raised sports fan and don’t get it messed up in your heads my friends….lol
collectively we have not always been so successful in our sporting endeavors, however in the past few years we have come to know and enjoy…and yes relish great success with our sports teams, which include the Celtics,Bruins,Red Sox,and the Patriots.
But this blog is not about those other sports teams….nope it is about the class and the heart of the Boston Celtics,or more over perhaps about the classless players and organization of the Miami Heat Organization.
Perhaps this video clip is in order my friends….
Now I am fully aware that 3 wins over the Miami Heat is not good enough to bring the Boston Celtics to the final round of the playoffs…..nope we need one more win to do that, but I thought this was a good time to address the issue of the overall classlessness of the Miami Heat and it’s two major so called super stars Labron James, and Duane Wade.
Perhaps another video clip here as well my friends….:)
Now I know that Miami Heat fans out there are most likely saying that all basketball players say and do the wrong things from time to time, and they are right….but no basketball players do it so consistently as the Miami Heat players, and mainly James and Wade.
You know in sports there is a winning attitude, and there is a losing attitude and those attitudes actually have little to do with how many games each team wins and loses in any given season my friends.Oh sure the ultimate goal of any team is to win as many games as it can that’s a given my friends, but to me it also involves how you win and lose those games.
As the age old saying goes my friends,“It’s not whether you win or lose, it’s how you play the game.”,much as life I suppose.
It’s all got to do with your attitude in sports, basketball and life….there are winning and losing attitude and those generally interweave with one another one would suspect…..now am I saying that James and Wade have not only losing attitudes on the basketball court but also in their personal lives…hell I don’t know as I do not know them personally but here is one such video example that may strongly suggest that at least James’s life ethic or attitude if you will is not exactly a winners attitude on life or basketball in the slightest.
After all he is King James…self appointed but still King James….lolololol
Opsss what happened here my friends….
But lets get back to the basic reason I am posting this blog shall we….and that is that the Miami Heat are always complaining that everyone in the Basketball community wants to see the best team lose…..one question since when does the best team always lose…………..?
No it is not that every basketball fan wants to see the best team lose, but rather the best team win.
From the very inception of the James and Wade led Miami Heat team they alone have been telling all the rest of the us that they are the best team and their overall attitude has been that they are constantly against the world in achieving the success they so are owed.
Owed….oh really lololololololol
Oh I have no doubt that you are owed something Miami Heat and with a lot of skill and a little luck the Boston Celtics will do there very, very, best at giving you exactly what you are owed….another FAIL !
I really think it’s high time the Miami Heat and it’s two so called superstars started adjusting their overall attitude should they wish to be successful in not only Basketball but also in life.
Then again if you are one of those people who will measure success only in dollar signs you are completely miffed about what I am saying when I say that James and Wade and all the other members of the Heat Organization are exactly what they are,
“Losers”, and they only have themselves to blame for this.
Oh Well…………..
You get what you get when you do what you do.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CELTICSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
Thank you
D.Lemur

I cannot help but think back to 2007 and the spirit that took over the town of Oakland when the Golden State Warriors not only made the playoffs for the first time in a decade, but BEAT the #1 seed in the playoffs, the evil Dallas Mavericks…
The bonding that really brought the city together was indescribable. Everyone was on the same page. Everyone felt pride in their community…all because of a game played by really tall men bouncing a ball around… none of whom were actually FROM the city they were representing. That is the amazing thing about sports. It brings communities together like no other force can. One can say that we SHOULD come together for more meaningful, important reasons, but the fact remains that what DOES bring us together is a special team beating the odds. The Celtics, despite their tradition, are underdogs. That’s what has made this run special.
Here’s a video I made back in 2007 in commemoration of the Warriors beating the Mavericks…

Noted about the Warriors….but….although this statement may have been right when the series started,”The Celtics, despite their tradition, are underdogs. That’s what has made this run special.
Odds Makers, hell even Miami home town sporting newsmen are now picking it to all come crashing down on Miami tonight….:)
What I want to know is what James, and Wade, and yes even Bosh are going to say when they lose it again….
Me I think the Celtics win this thing going away tonight….

No need to eat anything J……
3 to 3 in a seven game series means that there is still one game left.
Even should the Celtics lose which has not been decided as of yet…real fans at most keep chewing on their words over and over and over again but they never actually eat them.

Love Boston…can’t stand the Heat. There’s too much ego in the kitchen…emanating from one Mr. James, in particular…“delusions of grandeur!” Go Celtics:!:

UPDATE BEGINS HERE MY FRIENDS
Well The Heat beat the Celtics in game 7 tonight…it must be real nice ,as I wrote a friend, to have all those extra players on the Heat team dressed in referee uniforms.
So as far as respect for Labron James goes it’s still not going to happen here,in fact I have a few more things to say…lol
The fact that LeBron James had never fouled out of a playoff game before this past game 4 against the Celtics is unbelievable. Not unbelievable as in it’s an incredible feat. Unbelievable in the literal sense in that it should be impossible to play in 107 playoff games prior to game 4, average 43 minutes a game, and never pick up 6 fouls.
Some more unbelievable numbers: In 108 career playoff games, Lebron has been called for just 260 fouls, an average of 2.4 per game. Over that same time he has taken 1118 free throws, an average of 10.3 per game, or essentially drawing five shooting fouls per game.*
When you actually see these stats above you have to ask yourself WTF is really going on ?
Now before you say it’s just a result of Lebron being bigger, stronger, and faster than everyone else and the fact the The Miami Heat’s strategy seems to be to dribble around for 15 seconds before driving to the hoop and flailing around looking for calls, let’s do some comparisons.
Shaquille O’Neal, in 216 career playoff games, attempted 2317 free throws, an average of 10.7 per game. Similar to Lebron’s average, even though Shaq was literally unstoppable in his prime and his awful free throw shooting made “hack-a-Shaq” a legit strategy on defense. Shaq also was called for an average of 3.6 personal fouls per game.
Now let’s take a look at Shaq’s former running mate Kobe Bryant: 220 games, 1617 free throws, 7.4 fts per game. 3 personal fouls per game.
And how about Michael Jordon? 179 games, 1766 free throws, 9.8 fts per game and 3 personal fouls per game.
So what we learned is Lebron is getting fouled at a pretty incredible rate, especially considering he isn’t such a bad free-throw shooter so it stands to reason that opposing player are not delibratly fouling him. And he is getting called for fouls at an unbelievably low rate again you have to ask WTF ?
When game become about the refs, flopping and superstars getting the calls, the game itself is doing something wrong.
*Stats in this post do not reflect Game 5,6,and 7 of the 2012 Heat Celtics series.
He’s got a lot of balls complaining and whinning as much as he does, but thats really no surprize to me that he shows his
arrogance and classlessness as much as he can it seems. You see he really believes that he is royalty far above even his peers.
King James my ass !!!
So why do basketball fans all seem to dislike Labron James so much ?
Because he is such a superior player…?
No,because they know that as good as he is,and lets not forget that he is good despite his deliberately trying to get so many fouls, but because those fans recognize he ,all by himself, is the worse thing for the game of basketball today.
Respect…naw none from me…he’s ruining the game for everyone, but then it’s not about everyone else just him.As far as his team mates and coach is concerned don’t look for any respect either.
Thanks…..
