Meow! My name is "Amy". I’m a female kitty-cat with long black hair, green eyes & a fluffy tail. I live with my mama, “Animal Lover”, Diane & we share this page. One January night after, she convinced me to come into her house, out of the cold & get something to eat. After that, I decided to adopt her & have lived here ever since. I was about 3 yrs old, so my birthday is 1/6/98.
We go outside together & I help her feed the birdies & bunnies while checking things out. Sometimes at night, kitties, possums & raccoons come here to get some water, which is pretty exciting. I like to sleep a lot, eat mama’s food, run through the house & mess up the rugs, play with my string & I adore catnip. I love to be talked to, petted & held. Mama hugs & squeezes me so tight sometimes, she’s gonna hug the stuffing right outta of me!
It’s a big job taking care of her & making sure things run right in the house. I walk on top of her to wake her, put my whiskers in her face & sneezing right then works the best. She’s not allowed to eat any kind of cheese unless I’m there. There are so many things for her to learn. As you know, it’s really hard to train your human but she seems to understand what I need. Mom tells me I’m special & that she loves me very much.
